Christmas Fair
Great stalls, lovely people and they have a café area if you need to have a seat.
Next: – Sunday 4th December 2022
Please note that since our devastating fire, we currently have no visitor centre. We fully intend to hold our annual craft fair but it may be a little different! We are currently not in a position to decide whether this year’s event will be held inside, or outside in our yard. Please sign up to our newsletter for progress reports. The sign-up form is at the bottom of our homepage.

Once a year we hold a Christmas Craft Fair within our museum display space and in fine weather, in front of our Visitor Centre. Stall holders display a variety of produce including, ceramics, jewellery, fudge, cakes, stationery, handbags and prints, while Frogmore staff offer a BBQ, café, mill tours and boat rides. It is an ideal time to tour the mill with lots of added extras.
Entrance Adults £1, children 50p, all proceeds to The Apsley Paper Trail charity, to further protect amazing heritage of the world’s most overlooked invention.
For stallholders.
Our rates are reasonable and we offer a discount for multiple tables. Stalls generally comprise of one or two tables with accompanying chairs, which are set up prior to the event. All you need to do is bring your products and any props you require for display purposes. The tables do vary, but are a minimum size of 60cm x 120cm.
Stalls are arranged throughout our museum display area, our large multi-use room and sometimes outside, if weather permits. Indoors you are amongst the heritage displays, which adds to the very special atmosphere of the Fair. If you wish to apply, we ask applicants to supply sample images of their produce, to ensure a varied and high quality range of items on offer at each event. You can do this by referring us to your website or social media page, when you complete the form below, or separately by email to: visitors@frogmorepapermill.org.uk.
Set up is from 9am, when vehicles may drive to the front entrance in Fourdrinier Way in order to unload. Unless you are a blue badge holder, you will not be able to park on site. We request that you park in Durrant’s Hill pay and display car park which is just a five minute walk away, and very cheap – £1.70 for a full day. The same principle is applied for take down after the Fair.
Craft Fair 2022 will be Sunday 4th December, 11am-4pm. At this point we are unable to clarify whether this year’s event can be held inside, or will need to be held outside in our yard. We are now taking bookings, but will not take stall payments until location details have been clarified for you.
